Delivery

Your last chance to order for delivery before Christmas is noon, Monday 17 December. We deliver to UK destinations only, via 1st class Royal Mail. We are looking into the possibility of shipping internationally, and will update this page as new destinations become available. Postage and packing is £4 for orders of up to £20, £7 for orders £20-£60, £9 for orders £60 - £75 and free for any order over £75. This charge helps cover our costs, making sure that the best proceeds from your purchase go towards supporting writing workshops for young people at the Ministry of Stories.

Our team of zombie volunteers sends orders once a week on a Saturday by 1st class Royal Mail, who aim to deliver within 1 working day. On average, you can expect your delivery within 12 working days of order confirmation, and hopefully sooner. Unless something truly hideous happens, in which case delays of several centuries are not unlikely.

Paying us

At present we accept payment only through PayPal. We do not accept beans (magic or otherwise), nor do we accept human sacrifice. 

Through your PayPal account, you will be able to pay using any of the following types of cards:

Sending things back

You can return products if:

• You decide within seven days the product isn’t for you. You’ll get a refund for its full price and any delivery charges. We’ll process that within 30 days of you asking for a refund. You will need to email us at orders@monstersupplies.org and get the product back to us, together with a returns form. Please look after the product when you have it. Do not burn it, eat it, sit on it, drown it, or in any way cause it harm. We might need to ask for compensation otherwise.
  
• You don’t agree to a change in our terms and conditions or other policies, or you think the product’s faulty. You will need to include the returns form and get the product back to us. If this happens, we’ll check the product and email you about your refund. We’ll process it as soon as monstrously possible – definitely within 30 days of us emailing you to confirm a refund. You’ll get the full price of the product and delivery back, plus any costs for sending it to us.

Please check the dispatch confirmation to find out more about your statutory right of cancellation. Returning a product doesn’t affect your other statutory rights as a consumer. Nor as a monster.

We try to use the same method to pay you as you used to pay us.

Zombie Fresh Mints

Mint Imperials (125g). Ingredients: Sugar, Dextrose, Anti-Caking Agent: magnesium stearate, Peppermint Oil. Warning: this product may contain nuts or peanuts. Contains: flavouring.

Banshee Balls

Aniseed Balls (170g). Ingredients: Dextrose, Sugar, Maize Starch, Rape Seed, Modified Maize Starch, Aniseed Oil, Allura Red, Black E151, Titanium Dioxide, Carnauba Wax. May contain traces of nuts & peanuts. May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Bah! Humbugs

Black & White Humbugs (170g). Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Peppermint Oil, Mint Centre (Glucose syrup, Sugar, Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Salt, Treacle, Full Cream Condensed Milk, Peppermint Oil, Soya Lecithin E322), Colours: E102, E122, E142. Contains: Milk, Gluten, Soya.

Cubed Earwax

Clotted Cream Fudge (170g). Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose syrup, Sweetened condensed milk, Refined vegetable oil, Clotted cream 4%, Butter, Emulsifier: soya lecithin, Humectant: glycerine, Salt.

Impacted Earwax

Clotted Cream Fudge (50g). Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose syrup, Sweetened condensed milk, Refined vegetable oil, Clotted cream 4%, Butter, Emulsifier: soya lecithin, Humectant: glycerine, Salt.

Tinned Fear (black label)

Black & White Humbugs (80g). Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Peppermint Oil, Mint Centre (Glucose syrup, Sugar, Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Salt, Treacle, Full Cream Condensed Milk, Peppermint Oil, Soya Lecithin E322), Colours: E102, E122, E142. Contains: Milk, Gluten, Soya.

Tinned Fear (white label)

American Hard Gums (80g). Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Modified Maize Starch, Potato Starch, Citric Acid. Contains no artificial colours & flavours. May contain traces of milk & wheat.

Fang Floss

This soft, flexible and hairy floss draws from the centre of the spool. It is made from Biodegradable 3 Ply Jute Twine.

T-shirts

Our shirts are Gilden Softstyle, 100% pre-shrunk jersey cotton. Women's sizes have a stylish tapered cut.
